Is there any way that automatic overdue e-mail messages can be generated and sent out?

We have a product called Profiler which uses push technology to automatically send out information such as overdue reminders. Many of our clients currently have this product. Here is some information about it:
The information manager registers a profile for each user (or workgroup), specifying the information they need regularly. Profiler™ then searches the nominated databases and provides the data they need, automatically. Information that can be automatically pushed to the user may consist of: - Issues required to maintain current awareness for work projects - Personal reminders of information centre resources - The status of research requests - Latest press articles - Items on order - Updates on what journals they receive - Links to web based resources Any information that is contained in an internal database can be sent automatically to the user. Trimagic Profiler™ uses state-of-the-art 'push' technologies to send automatic email alerts to individuals or work groups within an organisation. It saves hours of time and ensures that users have the information they require, when they require it. If you would like more information on Profiler, you can check out Inmagic's website or Trimagic's website at www.trimagic.com.au Lien Vong trimagic@trimagic.com.au |
