When I import BookWhere records into DB/Text for Libraries, I seem to lose information. For instance, if there are two or more headings with different subheadings, only the first is imported. It doesn't look like subfields are imported for the subject heading or call number fields. Does anyone know how to set up BookWhere or Inmagic to get complete fields to import?

I've been having the same problems, so I emailed BookWhere about it. If you are using the online version you should now (as of today) see all of the notes, authors, and description being imported. The subject headings aren't quite fixed but they are still working on it. Only the $a portion of the author is imported and they don't plan to change this; I asked them why they made this decision but haven't yet had a response. The problems that we were having are because of the way that BookWhere exports the records in InMagic format, not in how InMagic imports them.
