Perhaps someone can help. I have a multi volume book with 12 volumes. In the volume field I put in as follows:
v. 1 v. 2 v. 3 When I go to print labels it only prints v.1 and disregrds the rest. I have tried everything but nothing seems to work. Can someone offer some advice or insights. I can be erached at bserchuk@blantonpeale.org or 212-725-7850, x107. Many thanks, Barnett Serchuk |

In your volume field, do you use the F11 to create bullets for each vol. number? Based on my system, you need to do this so that the print function knows to print each one seperately.
If that isn't enough, you may want to go into the form edit for that type of record and to check the settings for the volume field. make it so that it's height is unlimited. I hope this helps. |
