I'm the network administator for a company using DBText, our current setup involves 2 databases, one database is online and accessible via our intranet and the other is for testing and updating before it goes live.

Every month we update the online database by copying over 'articles' & 'catalog' files from the offline server to the online server and this always add's the new data.

Recently after doing this I get the error "Cannot find field 'Title or Journal'." when I perform a query on the Articles page.

If I use the Word Wheel function for seperate fields they all generate data except for the 'Journal Title' field.

I don't have any experience using the application as the only thing I do is update the online database, does anyone know what can cause the error?

It sounds as though a field name has been changed in one of the working databases and does not now match the settings in the html query screen(s).

You will need to talk to the textbase users and either they change the field back to its original name, or they export a new query screen.

Turns out the HTML query screen that IIS was looking at was in a different location to the new one being copied over with the article and catalog files, I copied the HTML query screen to the correct location to resolve the issue.
