I just finished importing a CSV doc. and there's certain fields that I want to be filled in to match the other records i.e.

Site 001
Site 002
...
...
Site 450
(and then)
451
452
453
-----------------

I want to be able to modify those specific entries so that they will say "Site (then number)" Is there any way I can do this without interfering with the other entries or the numbers?

I don't exactly understand what you want to do or how the structure is.

Does each record only have one entry in thr field you want to alter or are there multiple entries where only some of the numbers should have "Site" i front of the number?
