I am doing proposal for my research, and i need help. Actually, the study is about creating retrieval system for law case reports. The problem is, having understood all the basic and techniques involve in legal research aided system, i do not know how to develop a full text databse and retrieval system using software like DB/text works to merit my inclination on above subject matter.
