I need to use DB textworks for my class, and it always crashes when I try to save my textbase. I have no idea why it does this, and I have tried to run the program in compatibility mode, but this didn't work. I downloaded the program from a link provided by my university. I contacted tech support about this problem, but they haven't gotten back to me yet(it's been over 2 days). here is the error message I receive.
