I've been asked by the system owner of our DB TextWorks server to prepare a silent installation of the software. When using the /r switch with the setup.exe located on the server share, a setup.iss file is created but all this seems to do is to open up the initial .msi rather than recording the whole installation.

Please could someone advise how to prepare a silent installation of the software? We're running version 10.00
