I'm exporting an Inmagic form into a text file but it keeps putting carriage returns in at strange intervals.

My InMagic form looks something like this:
||Item 1. BAS/3/01|
||Item 2. BAS/LB/18/01|
||Item 3. BAS/59/01|
||Item 4. cc/BAS/149/01 and CC/BAS/149/01/C.A.|
||Item 5. BAS/171/01|

When I save as a text file it saves it as this:

||Item 1. BAS/3/01|
||Item 2. BAS/LB/18/01|
||Item 3. BAS/59/01|
||Item 4. cc/BAS/149/01 and
CC/BAS/149/01/C.A.|
||Item 5. BAS/171/01|

Why is it putting in the return in item four?? There isn't one in the InMagic form and it copes with spaces elsewhere!
Any suggestions?

How wide is the form box? I'd recommend making it wider and seeing if that has any impact.

Thanks Lisa - although the field was more than big enough for an InMagic report it appears it needs to be even bigger to export the text all on one line to a Text file !

Not sure why that is but I've now made all the fields very, very oversized and it's working fine
