Hi,

A couple of our computers are throwing up an "enter password" box when we try to send reports via e-mail. We don't have any passwords set up on the textbase at all so does anyone have any ideas why it's doing this? It seems to stop if you restart the program and try again but it's a bit of a pain to have to do this every time

This is unlikely to be DB/TextWorks asking for a textbase password.

This is probably Windows asking for a user password for some reason (like your network connection has been dropped or your e-mail program isn't already open).
