Hi, I'm doing my information studies course right now. My professor said we can download a trial version of DB Textworks to familiarise ourselves with the database at home. But I can't locate a trial version anywhere. Can someone help me?

At MAxus home page, in the bottom of the following page, you can find furtehr information about how to do.
http://www.maxus.net.au/download.htm#DBTW You need to contact a local Inmagic representative, the following address gives you choices: http://www.inmagic.com/partners/directory.html and ask for a "demonstration serial password". NE Engström |

Click on the download link: http://support.inmagic.com/downloads/
In the first drop-list, headed "Platform", select Trial Versions. Then in the next drop-list, headed "Product", select DB/TextWorks Trial Version (or WebPublisher PRO Trial Version) In the box headed "Password", Enter the Temporary (September ) Trial Password: 64270-62448 Then click Submit to start the download. Save the download file either to your hard drive or to a network drive. Once it has finished downloading, you can use the file to run the installation of the demonstration version of the software. Note that the installation process will prompt you for a serial number. Be sure to use the demonstration password as the serial number. By following these instructions, you will be able to download Inmagic products for trial usage starting only in September. The usage of the product is limited to one month after the month it is downloaded. (i.e. Download in September, usage expires at end of October) Use the Password as the Serial Number when installing. To create a 50-record version for training use, with no time limit, please contact your instructor for the password to use. Maxus Australia Authorised Inmagic Partner |
