When attempting to upgrade to DBTextWorks v11 on our Windows 2003 R2 server I get the error message "Feature Transform Error, Error:-2 The system cannot find the file specified." This message occurs after I have completed the installation configuration options and told it to install.

We currently have v9 installed on our server.

What causes this error and, more importantly, how do I successfully install v11?
