Hello. Can two networked PCs share the same textbase/database? Is it as simple as sharing the textbase on the first machine and then installing the same version on the other machine and connecting to that tb/db?

Installing the software on a second machine would violate the license. Instead, you would share the DB/TextWorks install folder, then run SETUP.EXE in that folder from the second workstation.

Note that unless you purchase additional seats and receive a Network Upgrade Password, only one person can run DB/TextWorks at a time.

As for the textbase, yes all you have to do is share the folder where it resides.
