DB/Textworks internally offers relevance ranking for search results. Is it possible to sort results accessed via ODBC using this ranking?

Not currently.

There's no way to specify Relevance-Ranked Order in an ORDER BY statement, and the DB/Text ODBC Driver doesn't ever use the textbase default sort order (which can be set to Relevance-Ranked Order).
