There appears to be a bug in the textbase record changes logfile for Webpublisher Pro(WPP). We have a few textbases being updated by WPP and the names vary from 5 to 9 charactors and they all work OK. We have 1 textbase name of 11 charactors (MYLONGNAMES.LOG) and WPP has an issue writing to it's logfile. It creates the file MTLONG~1.LOG and updates it. DBText however still logs to MYLONGNAMES.LOG.

I suspect this is happening because your HTML query screen refers to the textbase using the short file name. Check the TN input statement near the bottom of your query screen. Once you fix it to use the long file name, you may also want to update your DBTWPUB.INI file to use the long file name.
