Not sure if this is a problem as such, but I have reproduced the same behaviour in 4.03 & 4.1.

In a validated field I had 4 entries (separate lines). All correct. I arrowed up to the first entry and changed it to an incorrect heading, then arrowed down to the last entry and hit tab for the next field. When the Validation box appeared I selected browse so I could see what was wrong, and the last heading (with the cursor on, but correct) came up in the list. However, when the dialog box is closed the cursor moves up to the incorrect heading and you can then browse the correct place in the list! I know its because of the position of the cursor, but it would be nice if the correct heading didn't come up in the validation list, as it can cause confusion!
