My library system has an issue with Barloan Plus. Our system is CS/Textworks v9.0, customised for us by Trimagic. Several weeks ago I imported 8000 borrower records into the borrower database. Now when I select a user from the drop-down list in BarLoan Plus, it gives me the error message "No match found". If I refresh the page, it displays the user ok. However, the "Max" and "Out" fields are blank, even though I set values for all borrowers. I am not able to loan anything out because when I type in an item barcode, it says "You have reached the maximum items that can be taken out."

It appears that the Max and Out values from the borrower database are not being passed to the Loans screen in Barloan Plus, which is why I can't loan anything out. I deleted all the records I imported but the problem is still occurring. I've contacted our vendor, Trimagic, but after 6 weeks they still haven't fixed the problem.

Is this a known bug? Do you have a suggestion for how to fix it?
