Hi All;

I have been trying to print new records created and the option to print is greyed out.

The only work around i have is to save and close the record, then search for it and find it, then the option to print is allowed again.

Surely there is a better way?

Please help

This issue was addressed in the 7.01 maintenance release. If you still have your original 7.0 maintenance email, you can use the same URL and maintenance code. If not, contact advantage@inmagic.com and provide them with your name, company name and serial number.

Note that you will still have to save the new record before you can print it, but you'll be able to print it directly from the edit window after saving.

To whoever can help;

i was asked to email advantage@inmagic.com and ask for the maintenance 7.01 release, i have emailed them twice as well as emailing infoservices@inmagic.com but have no responce at all.

this matter is starting to get a little urgent!!
