I have a textbase and I want to be able to add an update to 2 fields each year. So for year 1 the 2 fields would have data Y1 -- Data1. For the next year I want to be able to add Y2 -- Data2. I have used the duplicate record script but then I get 2 records in the report when what I want is 4 fields (2 for Y1 and 2 for Y2). Also I don't want to replace the data in Y1 with the Y2 data -- it needs to be added on. Any suggestions will be welcome.
