We have been trying to create multiple (new) records in a textbase from an html page but have been unsuccessful so far. Basically we need to issue files to a client recording the date of issue , name and barcode of the file. Each file would generate a new file record. In other words someone take 5 files, 5 new records must be made. We're using the normal html-XML method of editing the textbase but just can't seem to get the result we want.

I suppose we could do a java script but would prefer the same methodology throughout the site.
