I have a textbase of publication citations, including a field for abstracts. Not all records have abstracts. What I want to do is to link to the abstract from a record in a report form. For example something like:

Mostafaei, H.; Vecchio, F.J.; Kabeyasawa, T.
"Deformation capacity of reinforced concrete columns,"
ACI Structural Journal, 106, (2), pp. 187-195, March 01, 2009
View abstract

...where "View abstract" is the link. I can't figure out how to do this using either the expanded record link or a canned search, and with "View abstract" appearing only on records that have abstracts.
