I got the mentioned error (Server was busy) quite often as well in the CS Workstation as in Genie (web). I do not know if it's a problem related to MS SQL settings or to the application (bad SQL transaction locking managing).
I've activated some logging, but I don't find anything that can help me to solve the problem.
Do you have any idea?
