We have this issue with Barloan Plus. Our system is CS/Textworks v9.0, customised for us by Trimagic. Last week I imported 8000 borrower records into the database. Now when I select a user from the drop-down list in BarLoan Plus, it gives me the error message "No match found". If I refresh the page, it displays the user ok. However, the "Max" and "Out" fields are blank, even though I had values for all borrowers. I am not able to loan anything out because when I type in an item barcode, it says "You have reached the maximum items that can be taken out."

It appears that the Max and Out values from the borrower database are not being passed to the Loans screen, which is why I can't loan anything out. I've contacted our vendor but they don't know how to fix the problem which I wasn't happy about. So I am wondering, has anyone here encountered this problem? How can it be fixed? I deleted all the records I imported last week but the problem is still occurring.
