I am having trouble importing a pdf into a textbase. When I check the log file it gives this as the error

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__InmWordIndex'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo._InmWordIndex'.

The SQL Collation is already SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AI so not sure why I am getting this error.

What version of Content Server are you using, and are you importing using CS/TextWorks or the CS/Importer?

CStextworks 11 on a Vista machine. Importing using CSTextworks though I could set it to the Importer if that will fix the issue.

I am able to import the document on CSTextworks 11 on a Windows XP machine.
