I have created a report which looks great on screen and when it is printed out from the database. However, I have a couple of images at the top which do not transfer when I save it as a rtf file. Any ideas. I have tried various formats (bmp and jpeg) but neither come out in the rtf file.

Thanks, Jennifer

Okay apparently according to the help file "Picture boxes are omitted from forms used to Send Report as Mail>HTML and RTF reports." Can I ask that this feature be included in the next version of Content Server?

Thanks, Jennifer

Hi JennM

I don't know what you ned to do with the RTF file you want to create, but you might like to know that you can Print to the Acrobat Distiller, which will create a PDF file that contains the image(s).

You should not feel stupid at all. I think instead that Inmagic puts to little effort on developing hte help pages and that Inmagic should give this information in the help part. I just looked at the Help about rtf-files, and I don't even see information about that the images are not included in the rtf-file, although I've by experiance noticed that myself earlier. The help information should be developed with the information about that images are not included in the rtf-file and it would also be good to infomr about the possibility to solve the problem by using Print to Adobe pdf, in case the user has an Adobe writer installed.
