Hi - At the moment we are still running CS/Textworks v10.
Our organization has just updated Adobe Acrobat and Reader to their version 9. Since this update, newly created PDF documents are either not showing up as an image or worse, an attempt to open the record will cause the application to hang and CS/Textwoks must be closed (that is, only when attempting to open the record to a form that is using the PDF as an image - opening to Basic Record Form does not cause this to happen, but that is not an acceptable resolution.)
Has anyone else experience similar problems? Any thoughts?
Will An update to CS/Textworks v11 resolve this? Is there an InMagic patch?? I doubt i can convince our organization to roll back Adobe . . . . .

I had a similar problem on Adobe 9.0 when opening PDF’s via web pub links - it turned out to be Adobe that was the problem. Check for any updates or Service packs from Adobe. I believe its 9.1.

Watch the Inmagic Web site (www.inmagic.com) for upcoming news on this issue. A newer version of the third-party library which displays PDF files in the DB/TextWorks Images window is compatible with Adobe v9 PDFs, and will be available for use with DB/TextWorks soon.

Thanks Lisa, This is good news!
And let me also publicly thank Basma S. @ support and Kathy B. @ andornot Consulting for their quick and ready responses and aid as well.
I will consider this issue closed.
