We upgraded to 3.20 on Friday 9/5/08 and ran into this error message when we used any of the "create new --- record" buttons. Has anyone else received this error message? This is the response we got from Support:
"IT will be in a future service pack to address this issue.
Workaround: The error does no harm, as the record has actually been added successfully. The error will not appear if you perform a search in the target textbase before adding the record."

We rolled back to 3.10 and are deciding if we should go with 3.20 or wait until the error is fixed. Support did not have a release date for the service pack so I have no idea how long we would have to wait. Does anyone know the average time it takes for Inmagic to release service packs?

Here's the original error message when we tried to use the "Add new lender" button or "Add new catalog record" button:

Column 'ILnID' does not belong to table Record.
Column 'CatID' does not belong to table Record.

this is a known bug.

Hopefully to be resolved in SP1....

the time for a SP varies depending on what bugs are found, I have known them to come out within a couple weeks of release or couple month....

The bug is apparently not disruptive and is apparently safe to upgrade....as after the first time the message goes away. but even when receiving the error it still adds the record.
