We are having trouble with the infocart clearing itself before the end of an IE session. It seems to happen whenever genie is left idle for any length of time. Has anyone experienced this. Any suggestions?

You could increase the session timeout value as described in Inmagic Knowledgebase article 2588.

The default timeout value is 20 minutes, and is set in the WEB.CONFIG file:
