Not fair I know, but I was wondering if anyone had gone through the upgrade and had any suggestions. We went through some drama going to 2.0 (orphaned item records was the biggest one; not linked to Catalog record).

We purchased the Genie upgrade in January - it's now May and we still haven't ben upgraded, and no one seems to anxious to call me to explain why. Is this standard procedure for this product?
