I visited the support section of the Inmagic web site this morning after a bit of a hiatus to discover a new Customer Extranet. Funny there's no announcement here in the Announcements section about this...

I found the following statement nearly everywhere on the extranet pages, "Available as beta for a limited time only. Login will be turned on shortly, so make sure your Maintenance contract is up to date to ensure continued access."

My question is....Does this mean that these forums will be closed to those of us who do not renew our maintenance contracts? In fact, does this mean that the Script Library, FAQ, Script Library etc. will be closed as well?

i would advise e-mailing inmagic directly if you are looking to communicate with them.

as far as i know, inmagic does not officially support/monitor these forums in any capacity

The Customer Extranet will have available the Support Knowledgebase, Product downloads, Service Packs, online Technical documentation, Frequently Asked Questions and the Script Library links to those Inmagic customers and users that are have a current maintenance agreement.

The Inmagic User forum is for customer to customer communication. It is not typically monitored or responded to by Inmagic. This is intended and will continue to be open and available to everyone.
