Please could we have a feature that would enable the limiting of a box contents on a form by a number (1-n) of subfields - rather than lines - or even possibly which enabled the selection of particular subfield(s) for inclusion in a box?

You can do this with scripting. The "Wrapping Routing Lists" example in the Script Library ( http://www.inmagic.com/scriptlibrary.htm ) is one way to do this.
