As we add more and more URLs to our records, we need to be able to efficiently check them.

The easiest way to do this probably is to generate a canned search page that returns all results, then use a normal link checker on that page, like LinkBot Pro or something else.
Hope that helps. Later'ish Craig |

Hi Craig,
Would you be so kind and let me know how to generate a canned search page to return all results in an inmagic database? Many thanks, Nicole |

If you have a relatively up-to-date version of WebPublisher PRO:
For DB/Text WebPublisher PRO: url=http://your.domain.com/dbtw-wpd/exec/dbtwpub.dll?AC=QUERY&TN=YourTextbaseHere&QY=Findall For CS/WebPublisher PRO: url=http://your.domain.com/ics-wpd/exec/icswppro.dll?AC=QUERY&TN=YourTextbaseHere&QY=Findall The syntax for canned queries is discussed in detail in Inmagic Support Knowledgebase article 2104. However, this article discusses QB0/QI0/QF0 syntax to search individual fields instead of using QY to specify Command Query syntax. |
