I would like to propose a facility that enabled toolbar settings to be easily exported from DBTextworks - rather like report formats - and then reimported in order to achieve standardised settings across different workstations.

I am familiar with the technique of copying the Current_User section of the PC registry - but as we are due to migrate to Vista in the near future - where the registry is firmly 'out of bounds' - this is not going to be accessible in future. The only options currently being talked about involve a very laborious packaging process using something called 'Active Setup' -which is not very practical.
