It would be really handy if this feature were added in the next round of upgrades:
I'd like to be able to set the "paragraph breaks" format by field, instead of just by form. Right now, if you set it to "Make each item or entry a paragraph," it sets that form-wide instead of just for a single field, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I want to be able to control the display of my fields one by one. I know I can use Raw HTML to insert my own paragraph breaks between field entries, however, that means I can't set those fields to be "See Also" or "Expand Record" fields. I'm running into this problem quite often and the only workaround I can figure out is to give up one format setting or the other. Be great if you made that a field by field setting instead of a form-wide one! Thanks! --Meg Alcohol & Drug Abuse Institute University of Washington |

The "Paragraph breaks" option is on the Form Box Properties dialog box, and only affects a single box, not the entire form.
I'm going on the assumption that you're putting all your fields into one box, and that what you meant was that you wanted the "Paragraph breaks" option to apply to a single content item rather than to the entire box. |
